Introduction to Coaching Conversations and Coaching Skills
We are in the constant process of transforming how we work, teach and learn. Especially now in times of online schooling and working, our well-being is getting more and more attention. As a trainer, teacher, or a manager we want to be able to motivate others, listen actively, and be fully present. We seek to help our colleagues or students to achieve their goals. This is when coaching conversations are a very useful tool.
Besides transforming relationships, we go through personal or professional transformations and want to provide ourselves and the others with help, specifically in current uncertain times.
Coaching skills can be used in all instances above, and benefit individuals and organisations. The skills and knowledge acquired during this course will be useful in online or offline learning, and different working settings.
All approaches used in this course are evidence-informed and/or practice-informed.
