Instead of focusing on a single coaching style I combine evidence-informed methods from the world’s knowledge hubs. Curious to know more about the example methods, philosophy and models that we will work with? Here are some examples: Intentional Change Theory; Intentional Conversation Model; Immunity to Change Model; Reflective Inquiry; Growth Mindset; Positive Psychology; Coaching with Compassion, Reframing Tools.
Of course – it only works when there is good feel and trust between us. That is why our first chemistry session (45 minutes) is free of charge. Once you decide to proceed, it is 75 EUR per 45 minutes. 45 minutes time frame is more than sufficient to bring you closer to your 2.0 goal.
The recommended amount of sessions: 4-7, so if you want to book at least 4 sessions of 45 minutes in advance, the charge is lower: 60 EUR per 45 minutes.
